Continuing the discussion on the All-Russian Conference on Environmental Education in Tomsk, we would like to share the participation of Gazprom Transgaz Tomsk LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Company) in its organization. The Company comprises of 27 branches, including 20 Line Production Management Departments for Main Gas Pipelines and one Line Production Management Department for Main Pipelines.

During the "Career Fair," representatives shared insights into job prospects in the oil and gas industry and at Gazprom Transgaz Tomsk facilities located across 15 regions, and answered students' questions about joining their team. Special attention was given to modern educational programs that blend theory with practical experience, essential for a successful start in industrial enterprises.

The innovative video recording studio offers facilities for creating promotional films, training webinars, infographics, and informational videos. Advanced filming, lighting, and audio equipment, along with interactive displays, make corporate training convenient and adaptable.

To attract young people to careers in energy supply and innovative technology, colleagues employ state-of-the-art equipment for staff training, enabling real-time collaborative work remotely with immediate feedback. The use of VR and AR technologies positively impacts training speed and facilitates analysis of "error cases" in production.

A training hall with augmented reality equipment helps workers acquire missing skills in a "see and do" format.

The Gazprom Transgaz Tomsk Museum is not only a historical and regional platform but also a workshop combining IT technologies and archival documents, showcasing the use of museum spaces for the development and education of both children and adults.
