Artek International Children's Center is a dream of millions of children. Everyone wanted to be in this unique atmosphere of celebration and friendship. Such were the impressions left by the participants of the IX International Conference held in Artek. Many important events took place in three days. Representatives of the Vernadsky Nongovernmental Ecological Foundation established partnerships and immersed themselves in a rich history of the children's center.
Every day, the participants of the Conference discovered Artek from a new perspective. On the first day, they attended a presentation of the thematic shifts of the 2025 program and events dedicated to the anniversary of Artek.
The next day, the partners met with an excursion to the Korsun' Children's Center in Sevastopol, where they joined in discussing the joint implementation of additional education programs. At the event, colleagues shared their experiences and established new professional contacts. The Children's Center also presented the documentary movie: "Artek. 100 Years of Happy Childhood" telling us about the history of the development of the educational and educative process in the camp.
"The film touched us to the core. It showed all the joy that the children experienced during their shift at the camp, and the bitterness of parting. We saw the guys hugging each other as they left Artek and couldn't hold back their tears. This atmosphere touched us so deeply that we, the participants of the conference, also did not want to say goodbye to Artek," said Tatiana Evseenkova, Deputy General Director of the Vernadsky Foundation.
The conference program ended with participation in the Festival of Creativity, where various master-classes were held. The participants were able to return to their childhood and feel the unique atmosphere of joy that Artek gives.
