A team of authors from the Engineering and Technical Center (ITC) branch presented to the jury the work “A set of technological solutions to improve the efficiency of wastewater treatment plants,” which was named “Project of the Year” in the “Natural Resources and Ecology” category.

“The presented project is aimed at increasing the efficiency of treatment facilities by modernizing one of the chambers of the biological wastewater treatment plant, as well as introducing a patented invention into the technological scheme of treatment facilities. This will make it possible to cultivate and regularly introduce cultures of microorganisms into the working areas of wastewater treatment plants, ensuring stable and effective wastewater treatment,” said one of the main authors of the project, leading engineer of ITC Stanislav Kalyuzhny.

Program “Regional Development. The best for Russia” was held for the fifth time. Its goal is to identify and unite the most effective projects for regional development, demonstrating achievements in the field of quality of life of the population. Among the participants, the expert council identified more than 40 winning companies.
