Thanks to improvements to the electronic document management system in 2020–21, the company reduced the number of documents printed by 31%. All business communication between the structural divisions of the enterprise, as well as contractual work with contractors, is carried out in electronic format.
Since the beginning of 2022, orders for core activities have been translated into electronic format, and a module for long-term document storage has been deployed. In the future, we will gradually convert all incoming and outgoing correspondence into electronic format, which will significantly reduce printing.
As part of the implementation of the environmental policy of PJSC Gazprom, the subsidiary selectively accumulates waste paper and cardboard with subsequent transfer to a specialized enterprise for disposal and recycling of waste paper. Over the past year, waste volume has decreased by 13%.
