The "Order of V.I. Vernadsky"

This Order was established by the Foundation as part of the plan of main activities for the celebration of the V.I. Vernadsky 150th anniversary, developed by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation under the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated 21.08.2012 No. 1206 "On the celebration of the V.I. Vernadsky 150th anniversary".
The Order is awarded for special merits and achievements in the field of ecology, environmental protection, ensuring environmentally oriented sustainable development in the country and in the world.

The "Medal of V.I. Vernadsky"

The medal was established by the Vernadsky Foundation in 2021. It is awarded for merits and contribution to sustainable development, scientific and social achievements in the field of dissemination and popularization of the scientific heritage of the Academician V.I. Vernadsky and practical implementation of his ideas.

The Medal "150th anniversary"

The Medal was established by the Foundation alongside with the "Order of V.I. Vernadsky" as a separate award to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the birth of V.I. Vernadsky.
